Refund & Returns Policy
Does Manao Anu accept returns?
Our community and Manao Family means everything to us and we want you to love your Manao Anu change robes and products, and we are sure you will.
If however, you would like to return your change robe we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your item under the following circumstances:
- The product has been purchased directly via the Manao Anu website
- The product is returned in the exact condition it arrived, unworn with tags
- The product is sent back safely in original Manao Anu packaging and contains proof of purchase

If your request is eligible, you will be sent address details of where to send your return. Manao Anu will not cover return shipping costs unless you received your product damaged. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be approved for a refund. Please always reach out to us first.
Manao Anu Refund Process
Damage or Issues
Upon receipt of your order from us please inspect for any damages or defects on the item, and that the item received is the correct size that you ordered.
Non-returnable Items
If an item from Manao Anu has been worn or used before return, we will not be able to accept it or issue any refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However if time is not an issue please send back your incorrect item and we can arrange a replacement in due course.
Refunds Issued
Once we safely receive your Manao Anu package we will inspect it at our offices and then notify you to advise if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be advised that it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
